You may return merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item should be in their original condition, including the original packaging. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please inform us in advance that you will be returning the product via the onsite contact page or email sales@hamsajewelry.com.

We will provide you with a return order number, please include it with the return package. If possible please write down the reason for the return on the packing slip. If you are not the person who made the order you can only exchange the product, no refund will be available. The refund policy only applies to the original buyer. Custom orders and one of a kind artwork pieces are non returnable.
